If you have not completed the online registration prior to your appointment, you will be asked to do so in our office, in which case you should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment.

What's New
In our continuing efforts to provide the highest quality eye care, our practice is excited to announce the iWellnessExam – a state-of-the-art technology that allows your doctor to see beneath the surface of the retina, where signs of disease first appear. The iWellnessExam is a fast, comfortable scan for patients of all ages and gives your doctor valuable information about the health of your eyes.
Our practice has begun the process of implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR). As part of transitioning to the paperless Electronic Health Records, every new and previous patient will need to complete a one-time online patient registration prior to be seen by the doctor. You can access the online registration by clicking the "Patient Online Registration” link on the left side - anytime between now and your next appointment.
